It talks about the rule of 90/10 where 90% of the time you eat what you're supposed to-to reach your goals and 10% of it should be your "cheat meals" about 1-2 a week to satisfy your taste buds. I know this is not new. So many on here have proved huge successes losing weight and meeting goals by not restricting themselves ALL the time
