  • I am really scared to increase my 1200 cal a day but it isn't working for me. I lost 30 lbs but now its going on a year (come July) I haven't lost anything and now I exercise and then I didn't. Very frustrated right now. Im not stopping my exercising but don't want to be a fat healthy 200 lber either.Maybe I should up my intake to 1500 and see what happens cause what I've done the last year hasn't worked for me.

    Congrats! I wore my hr monitor a full day last week with no exercise and it said I burned close to 2800. I am normally much more active also! I was starting to think that maybe it was wrong!

    Awesome, and excellent work in sticking it out. I'm kind of in the same sticky wicket right now...so seeing that this all works is great inspiration to hang in there.

    I am going to look in to this- because it sounds so similar to my expierence as well! I dropped about 35 pounds in three months by working out and eating healthier- then it just stopped. I continued to work out but just quit getting results, this past month has been hard as I've almost completely fallen off the wagon.
