Has anyone tried this one:
3, 2, 1 Cakes. (3 tablespoons mix, 2 tablespoons water, 1 minute cook time)
1 Angelfood cake mix
1 Cake Mix (any flavor)
2T Water
Put the cake mix in a zip lock bag and mix well. For each cupcake remove 3 tablespoons of the mix from the bag and add 2 tablespoons water, Mix well and put into a microwave safe container. Microwave for 1 minute. Done!

It's okay. The angel food cake taste kind of takes over.
I've been meaning to try this one:
3 tablespoons BC SuperMoist cake mix
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon egg
Mix ingredients together, pour into a mug sprayed with Pam. Microwave uncovered on High 1 minute. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 seconds.0 -
It's not satisfying at all and not worth the calories at all IMO.1
