kfc grilled chicken

Ok i know this has been talked about but, YUMMY! I had a grilled chicken breast, greean beans and mashed potatoes w/o gravy for dinner.. And all for only 305 calories!!! omg i was in heavan...lol:smile:

    I had Kfc grilled chicken last night with the string beans and I made a side salad, yes that chicken is heaven

    That chicken gave me my reason to go back to KFC...we picked some up last week and made veggies at home. Yummy stuff!

    That is why I try not to eat out unless I get a simple burger with cheese and no bun and a side salad, water to drink.........

    I just don't trust it for some reason............the original recipe has a sweet taste to it.........
