Food ratio's Carbs/Protein/Fats?

I was wondering if anybody nows the best ratio for carb%/protein%/fat% for optimal weightloss?
I am sensitive to carbs...in the way of, I eat them and they stay with with me...for years  And I tend to crave them all the time too. :grumble:
I've recently changed my customized goals to be 35% Carbs, 35% Protein, 30% Fats, but I have no idea if that will work (should I be eating more protein and less carbs and fats?) I exercise 3xweek on average; all cardio.
I have a dietician, and she wants me to eat an even amount of carbs and protein. And she says that eating a good amount of "healthy" fats helps weightloss. But with 150 lbs to lose, I'm not so sure that her advice will get me to my goal. I've lost 7 pounds in the past 4 months.
Can anyone help me out on this?

we are mates in the same boat! My nutritionist also advocates healthy fats b/c she says it'll curb the carb cravings... and it can lower the glycemic index of carbs that you do eat. I've been advised to "never eat carbs alone!" (and I don't mean in a closet, with a plate of pasta!), so apples + p.butter, fruit + cheese...0

Sorry kskaare, I know that "healthy oils" are beneficial...I meant that I don't think the same amount of carbs as protein will work. I try to never eat carbs alone either (sometimes it doesn't work out that way though!). I just think that maybe I should be eating more protein and less carbs.0 -
Here's a couple of different calculators:

Ratio I've seen are (Carb/Protein/Fat ) 40/40/20 40/30/300 -
My doctor told me 30 grams of carbs with 30 grams of protein 3 times a day, 2 snacks 5protein, 5 carbs.. Its been a struggle its a lot easier to find something quick that has the carbs but not the protein.. I am on my second week and lost 14lbs. I0
