Meals Today, I feel good about it

Breakfast, 1/2 bowl activia oatmeal

Snack: 3 single weight watchers cheese servings

Lunch: 1/2 yoplait lite yogurt, fruit salad that included, (strawberries, blueberries, pears, apples, grapes)

Dinner: green beans, eggplant, corn on the cob, spinach pasta with artachokes and cheesy spinach

Snack: 1 red apples with natural sugar free peanut butter

Gotta start eating more like this and get back on the ball

    How many calories did you eat for the whole day??

    I need to get back on track.. Uggggg... I am frustrated and need a kick in the rear-end badly...

    The peanut butter threw me over a bit, but over the weekend, I can't tell you the miles I walked in the rain at the car show...

    So I did my best to pick all healthy today, low sugar, low fat and healthy.
