Hi!

This is my 2nd day on myfitnesspal..and I'm hooked! I just started a weight loss plan with my doctor..and going to a nutritionist. After having 5 children, I'm not the 120lb girl I used to be...I'm now 188 and due to my height considered to be severe overweight. I hope that by keeping up with my caloric intake and exercise...I'll be able to reach my goal weight which is around 145. Good luck to everyone!
