It's hard to give you any tips or suggestions when you haven't provided any information about what your current workout routine is, what your diary looks like, etc.

Oh completely forgot about that... Sorry.

The past couple of days ive been going over my calories even the ones i work off but before i'd beunder by a few 100 amd ive constantly been hungry. My dad, brother, amd boyfriend all like to eat out and just bring me home food reguardless of my diet or anything. And i am back to drinking soda again. I'm fixin to kick that habit though.

My workout routine is normally the treadmill for between 30 - 60 minutes. Thats really all i do because i dont really know what to do with the weights.
  • I felt like I had less motivation recently and I decided to journal all the reason's I want to lose weight and be healthier. I had a treat day but not a bad treat day I did a shopping trip for a bunch of healthy food and made some really special healthy meals. When I got the kids to bed I had a hot bath, listened to music, mud mask, read a good book and had some green tea. I didn't do any exercise that day I just relaxed and soaked in the small but exciting success I have had so far. I felt totally renewed and the next day I ran further than I have been able to yet. I think I might do this once and a while when | need to. Just and idea maybe you could try it. I am definatley no expert and very new to this but I do know that it feels good to nurture my body in a healthy way and I think it helps break the cycle of treating yourself to unhealthy things, it's can be very indulgent to treat yourself to super healthy things and nurture yourself. You can do it and be good to yourself. take care

The journal is a good idea. I may have to try that.

You can also post notes on your home page here and let us know what you're doing and eating, etc. Things to report to us what you're doing and we can post back encouragement or that-a-girls to help keep you moving forward. I, too have a spouse that has no issue with his weight at all and two teenagers so it makes it hard to stick to it when they are around, but I do. You can do it and I would let us know how things are going so we can help and give suggestions that may help you out and in turn helps us to stay motivated too.

I do post things most of the time. Its must starting to get frusturating when no one commentson anything i post. Like i get no support or motivation.
