Since I started losing weight and being able to tell a slight difference in my body, this is my TOM since. (it's been a month). I noticed my cramps (which were always HORRIBLY PAINFUL) haven't been near as bad. However, I feel bloated (of course) but I SEE the bloating more. I haven't weighed myself nor do I plan to this week LOL. I'm just wondering if that's common once you start losing inches around the middle. Can you notice the bloating more? In other words, when I suck in right now, I can't get my tummy area to go flat.

i have noticed my cramps are a LOT less harsh, but as far as the bloating goes...i have no idea. my tummy has never gone flat when i sucked it in LOL. good luck! :flowerforyou:
  • I have read that regular exercise and good diet can noticibly reduce cramps. I have had the same experience and I love it . As far as the bloat I guess if you where thinner that it probably would show more or maybe you just had too much salt that week and had more water retention

I should have said it gets "flatter" LOL...mine is far from flat ;) Glad to hear cramps get better with better nutrition & exercise! :-) Another HUGE plus in this plan!

I think I tend to see the bloating more, now that I've lost weight. And, like you, I don't like weighing myself during that week!
