TGI Fridays Seasonal Vegetables - What's in it?

I know that it varies, but the last time I was at TGI Fridays a few weeks ago and ordered the seasonal vegetables there was a certain kind in the mix that was absolutely delicious, but I'm not sure what it was. I should have asked!
They were definitely orange, very sweet, in square-ish chunks and very, very soft. I don't think it was sweet potato - they were much softer than any roasted sweet potato I've ever had, but I could be wrong. What else could it have been? Yams? Some kind of soft, seedless squash? Any guesses anyone? I really want to buy some at the store and make it myself. Always looking for new veggies.
I guess I could call the restaurant and ask, but I'd probably just get a hostess or someone who has no idea.
