Losing the last 20 pounds

Hi everyone! I am on a 1200 calorie a day diet and I usually burn around 400 calories at the gym 6 days a week and eat those as well. I have already lost 40 pounds in about 2 years. I have fallen off the wagon a couple of times but I have been going strong for a couple of months now. I am having the hardest time trying to lose the last 20 pounds. I am a very lazy cook and it is hard for me to make different things. I usually only have time to go to the grocery store once a week and if I don't have what I need to make it, I usually dont. I get into a repetitive eating habit. So if anyone has any easy recipes, I would love to hear about them. Maybe some ideas for lunch and breakfast.

    Jessica has a TON of great recipes (and desserts too...not very helpful, I know) but uses a lot of whole wheat pastas, rice, tortillas...it's my favorite site. I've made several recipes for my family, and they LOVE them!!! The flavors she uses are AMAZING!
