Hiya,
I have been on what I thought was a low carb/ high protein diet/ change in lifestyle since November!! But I am interrested to know what the 'values' for carbs and protein should be (a range from a-b would do) on the MFP food diary or in general. I would like to enter the values manually, but I don't know where to start!!
I did try, but it went all higguldy pigguldy on me!!
Thanks in advance for any advice/suggestions!
