I started this program last month and I only stuck with it for a few days. I have returned to finish what I started. Good luck everyone javascript:add_smiley('wink','topic_body')

Looks like you're doing good. I really will check out the motivational threads. My biggest issue is trying to do this alone. I just can't seem to find reasons other than the obvious which actually should be enough but isn't to keep me going.

For me, its about changing my eating, and my lifetsyle, not about a diet. I can't do diets. I get discouraged because I have so much weight to lose. So, I just concentrate on being healthier. Also, I treat MFP like an alcoholic treats AA. Here is were I come to be accountable. I do it every day. Good luck!

I feel exactly the same, I started MFP in January and was really good for about a month, I've fallen off the wagon twice and now I've gained 5lbs since I started and I'm really annoyed with myself.

I've just gotten very comfortable in a new relationship which is actually demotivating me as my boyfriend is very sweet and complimetary all the time- so it makes me think why bother? But I don't feel happy with myself at the moment so I'm going to try and stick to this- third time lucky!

    Good luck with it!
