If you are in Houston, TX i would like to invite you out to our SPINNING facilities. hardcore Spinning is a crazy mix of spinning, bootcamp, core work, push-ups, squats to say the least.

The address is 3801 Kirby #210 Houston, TX. i teach classes Monday - Friday 6pm CST and Saturday morning at 8am.

Drop on by. You will love the class.

    maybe once we get a second car and my wrist heals. It would be fun to try, even though I've never even done a regular spin class.

    Do you still provide these classes?.. I would love to get into spinning but in fun hip hop setting.
