So I'm on day 25 of the 30DS and thinking about what I want to go on to next...
I've heard some good things about Ripped in 30 but not sure how hard it is or amount of calories burned per workout?
Anyone done Ripped in 30 and have any Advise or info?! :)

Ripped in 30 is a good transition from 30DS - similar format with the 3-2-1 system and about the same amount of time. It has four levels rather than three, and I think it's a little tougher than 30DS. Any of Jillian's other DVDs are a good choice too, or good to mix and alternate days with 30DS or RI30 - I love her 6 Week Six-Pack - focuses on core, but both levels also incorporate a lot of cardio. She has you use one dumbbell for some of the moves, so your arms are getting it as well, and of course, with all the plank moves, shoulders and triceps, too.

For longer workouts to mix in, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is about 40 minutes and ton of cardio and using your own body weight for strength moves. No More Trouble Zones is also 40 minutes but uses weights and has more strength moves.

Good job getting through 30DS (well, five more days!) - great accomplishment!

    Thank you so much!
Yeah, I was thinking about picking up both ripped in 30 and 6 week six pack.
I've been reading reviews all morning! :)

im doing my own "hybrid" of ripped and shred. :-) I read several reviews about people getting bored (glad i did too since i am one of those) so i am doing a mix. level one of ripped is def harder than level one of shred (cant wait to see into levels 3 and 4!) i also burn more doing ripped (which i love and is good motivation) i have a feeling i will lean towards ripped since I know level two of shred is hard on my knees lol but i am loving it! same 3-2-1 but so far in the 3 she does 30 seconds a piece (so three exercises fit in that time instead of 2) def very similar though just an FYI so if you didnt like shred much i dont think that will change with ripped.. i love it though. i have also heard great things from friends about 6 week 6 pack

    Thanks for the responses ladies!
And I do like shred, I like predictable things haha. I was thinking of doing Ripped and adding in levels 2 and 3 of the 30DS every once and awhile to mix it up :)
6 week six pack will be next :)

    Good choices.
6 week 6 pack is my favorite of hers.

I just finished RI30 and started Insanity!

I am currently alternating 30ds and ripped in 30 and I love both, I might even say I enjoy ripped a little more then the shred.
