I started in Feb

I only have a few friends on here locally, mainly the ladies from my church. I'm hoping to gain a few more friends or encouragement and support and ideas. I zumba and I go walking. I try to work out at least 4 times a week. I'm a stay at home mom and that's how I gained these 25 unnecessary lbs. Add me or I'll add you if you could use a friend like me! :bigsmile:

  • Hi, I started about 2 years ago, but stopped for a year, when I got pregnant with my 3 rd child. Now that I have 25-30 pounds to lose, I'm back!:happy:
