Stuck in a 12 pound stand still

So after losing 12 pounds, I'm stuck...I need more motivation, I'm not losing weight or inches...blah! I could definitely use more encouragement and any ideas at how to spice up my work outs. I'm doing the 30 DS and Ripped in 30 plus zumba, lap swimming and just started c25k. HELP!

    I see how hard you exercise every day. Have you read all the posts by people who had to up their calories? That they were actually in a stand still for months, then they upped the cal intake and the lbs started comihg off.
