Hey everyone!
I just wanted to share this link for the BodyMedia Fit! I bought this device last month and I absolutely love it! You wear it all day long and it tracks how many calories you have burned throughout the entire day as well as tracking the amount of steps you have taken and your activity level! And it is incredibly accurate!
Like I said I bought it last month and have made sure to have a deficit between 500-1000 a day (I am just trying to lose weight... I really don't care how fast it happens) and I have lost a total of 5.2 pounds and have lost a total of 6.5 inches. The BodyMedia Fit makes me aware of how many calories I am burning during workouts as well as walking around the grocery store and cleaning my house. I would strongly suggest it to anyone who would like to know exactly how many calories they are burning during the entire day.

Are you still using your BodyMedia? And do you like it? I'm thinking of ordering one and would like some advice from someone that uses theirs.
Thanks!0
