Losing weight round 3

Hi all!

Back in January 2008 I had my "aha" moment and started losing weight. I went from 308 to 255 in a few months. I slowly lost 10 more lbs over the next year (didn't try, I guess my metabolism was just really revved up!), then stayed at 245 for a while. In October 2010 I started losing weight again and got down to 218. Around May 2011 I started seriously training for a triathlon and gained some muscle, putting me at 223 where I stayed through two triathlons until August 2011. I was on a real plateau from May-August. I know I couldn't lose weight because I had taught my body to store everything I ate for energy during my demanding workouts. I decided to let my body chill out in hopes to jar it out of that mode. I also got a new crazy hectic job at that time and all that was a recipe for weight gain. I hit 245 January of 2012. Since then I have been SLOWLY losing and am now at 238. I am definitely motivated to get below 200!! My goal is to be 217 by the time my brother comes back from Iraq in May - he is not happy that I've gained weight since he's been deployed, so to be skinnier than he's ever seen me when he comes home would be huge!! In May I'll start seriously training for triathlon season as well. To start training at the lowest weight I've ever been since puberty would be amazing!
