All of a sudden I find myself burned out on ALL FOODS. Nothing is satisfying me, not healthy foods and not unhealthy foods. I'm still exercising and still dropping the pounds, but I know I can't be eating enough since I can't hardly finish a meal and nothing is appetizing. Any suggestions on how to snap out of this food "funk" and get motivated again? I haven't posted my diary or my exercises in a week thinking maybe I just needed a break from logging. But I don't know. Everything is feeling like it's a chore right now.

We do tend to get into food ruts (either good or bad food choices- it goes both ways). My suggestion? Spice it up! Get outside the box. Use spices and vinegars that are new to you. I just love experimenting with my new balsamic vinegars (Pear-Cinnamon, Dark Chocolate, Blueberry). Wake n shake things up a little....0

"SNAP OUT OF IT"! You started this for a reason. Remember? Don't stop logging. You'll get into it again. Keep posting and letting everyone know how you are feeling. Sometimes you just need to talk about it with people who understand. There is always someone here. :drinker:0
