HOMEMADE PROTEIN ICECREAM

Heyas,
simply by experimenting I came across this beaut way to make you own helathy 'icecream'!

This is what I just did
Mix:
- one scoop protein powder (I used plain soyisolate, 15g)
- about 1/2 cup of milk (I used natural soymilk, 100ml) <
not too much, may turn out too runny
- about 100g frozen fruit ( used frozen BANANA slices)

Blend well until smooth! If you want it to be a bit harder ,stick it back into the freezer for a while.

Have done the same with strawberries and blueberries.... It's so satisfying to me, creamy and rich!
You could add cocoa, cinnamon,pbutter, nuts, flaxseed or WHATEVER!

My portion of 'Icecream' wasn't even 200 kcals.

I'm chuffed to death at what I've discovered- it may not be new to u guys. Nevertheless, I'm going to make this my new healthy dessert staple :-)

    You can actually blend only banana slices and you would get a really good ice cream!

    (but not as nutritive then your receipe!!!)

    That's how I make my morning shakes! Never thought to put them in the freezer. Great idea!
