South Beach Friendly Recipes

I am almost done with phase 1 of South Beach, and am trying to mix it up a little. Mostly I have been snacking on boiled eggs, spinach, and turkey. I have started experimenting with mushroom and turkey omlets, and pan frying tenderloin and mushrooms in olive oil. I am thrilled with my weight loss so far, but I am one who loves flavor. Any new meal ideas are much appreciated!

    I eat chili. Red beans are okay on phase1, so everything in chili (if you use ground turkey) is phase 1 friendly. I don't have my recipe with my today, but try skinnytaste.com
  • Steak salad- you can use chipotle, montreal steak spice, cajun, BBQ seasonings, the list is endless
