Got down to 189 just before october last year and went back up to 210 at the start of this year from not continuing my weight loss plan. After starting back up again to reach my 175 lbs goal before this summer I'm back down to 199 lbs (Onederland). Feels good to be back on track! See you guys at 175 lbs!

Congratulations and keep it up. While I really don't care about scale weight much, I would like to hit under 200 just once. That would put me back almost to middle school weight! Just a few more crunches and a few less slices of pies and I'll be there.

Of course if I go by my BMI my goal should be 145, that's not happening.

Thanks Erica! Well done on your end as well! I see you've lost a lot of weight yourself. I started my journey at 260 lbs and it's been one heck of a ride( good and bad)! Keep up the great work!

175 lbs is at the top of my required BMI. I haven't seen that number since high school but I think I can get there!
