hahaha this is great! I am so glad you said this. I keep seeing girls on here or online that afetr exercise say they only want 500 calories for a full day! I don't think they realize how harmful that is!0

ETA: Ok, I thought about the math, and 500 is about right. I was thinking about how much I pump right now (at least 40oz a day), not how much my baby is consuming.0 -
