Calories in salmon per oz

I see a bunch of different calorie counts on here. Not sure if it's because some are weighed before and some after, and maybe a bit of the fat burns off (not even sure if this makes any sense scientifically) during the baking process?
Basically, I want to find out how many calories per oz a piece of salmon is. The only thing I'm adding to it is a bit of lemon juice, and I'm broiling it. Yum!

Thanks... if anything, I'm more confused. My package just says "salmon filet"0

Are there any calorie counts on the package? The frozen fillets I have are (per ounce) 42 calories, 0 carbs, 2g fat, 6g protein. That's "Ocean Chef - Wild Salmon Fillets." The grocery store had them BOGO the other week. Woohoo!0

Thanks! There wasn't anything on the package, but I went with Atlantic farmed since I read that most salmon falls into that category when we aren't in salmon season. Probably did waaaaay to much research for the calorie difference, hahah0
