we all have our staples that we eat to keep us on track and healthy what are yours?

oatmeal with flax seed and coconut oil and splenda

    unless you're buying local, frozen in fresher than "fresh," IMO

    Fresh broccoli tastes better. Oh, and my mom has a garden year-round so I can steal fresh veggies from her.

    And be careful - whiplash can be painful.
