Awsome sandwich that wonderwomean ate!
225 calories of peer diet goodness :)
Perfect with 16 baked original lay chips or a small salad!


1 roll of Village Hearth slender rounds (Italian Herb & olive oil or they have different kinds)
1Tbsp ofKraft Mayo with olive oil (Reduced fat)
2 oz or 3 slices of Hillshire Farm Deli select Ultra thin lunch meat ( i sued cracked black pepper or honey ham)
1 slice of tomato
2 raw onion rings
2-4 peices of lettuce (modern amount)
1 boiled egg

Step 1: Take pre-sliced slender roll and pull apart. Spread your reduced fat mayo on each slice.
Step 2: Cut boiled egg in to slices (about 4 peices) and place on bottum slice, spread out of course. Basicly should look like a square when you lay it out.
Step 3: Put your lunch meat on evenly over the eggs.
Step 4: Put ur onions, tomato, and lettuce on evenly.
Step 5: Put the top layer of you roll on top of it all. Pair it with some low fat yogurt or some chips and your good to go!
Tips: you can also put some other green stuff on it like spurs or baisl.

    never thought about putting hard boiled egg on a sandwich. thanks for the idea.

    I know but proteins good for u so y not? red robin does it on there burgurs but fried. this is a healthy twist thou
