Hi everyone. I'm new to this site and am looking for motivational support/helpful tips and tricks to this whole thing. I started a new job about a year ago and I have gained 30 pounds. I have always been muscular and fit, but when I started my new job I lost all of it and it seems to have turned into fat :( I now weigh close to 200 lbs. and am having a hard time changing eating habits and making time to workout and burn those calories!     I know how that muscular and fit can turn into something else. I keep letting that happen... I hope you find the support you need here!
