I'm pretty new to my fitness pal & would like more friends for motivation and stuff :) haha. I'm from Canada, 5"4, and am on a 1100-1200 calorie diet. :)

    Hi guys this is my 3 day, and so far..... GRRRR, but I am goona do this I so want me back that is buried somewhere in here, now it is getting the excerise thing going, got out Wii Fit, a no go... Zumba, can't get it to work either, now to find something else... Yes will take all the friends I can get, the good, the bad and the ugly.. So we can all pull together!!! :)
