My original weight was almost 300, then I dropped to 230... my goal weight is 210. After about 6 months of enjoying my new body, I've decided to finally finish what I started.

I've dropped 7 pounds in the last week, and am going strong.

For all those that are just starting out, my suggestions would be to OBSESS over it... find some way to make it fun. For me, it was using http://www.endomondo.com (http://www.endomondo.com/profile/1074889) and tracking everything. Now, it's using myfitnesspal... I'm liking it a lot!
