I'm 5'3 and weigh 124 lbs currently. I started at 140 and am looking to get around 115 again. I eat 1400 a day + exercise calories.0

I'm 5'3" and currently 122.5 lbs. I usually eat around 1500 calories/day on weekdays and 2000 calories/day on the weekends and exercise a minimum of 30 minutes pretty much everyday. I'm eating lower this week (around 1300) because I'd like to get down to 120 lbs. by my 35th birthday in 3.5 weeks.0

5'3"ish here!
Started at 127, down to 116. I've been maintaining for months at 1600 calories a day and working out 4-5 days a week.0 -
I'm 36 yrs old and 5'2" and I've been hovering around 122-123 lbs. for about 3 months... a true plateau, I think. My bodyfat % is 22 but would like to get down to 18% and re-assess from there. I've tried 1200 kcal (was starving and grouchy and my hair was falling out by the handful) and then ate around my TDEE (2100) for a couple of months to hopefully re-set my metabolism. Now eating around 1500 on rest days and 1900 on workout days, but still no scale movement or inches lost. Trying not to be frustrated but it's hard. I work out a lot, combo of weightlifting, spinning, step aerobics, kickboxing... so I'm in good shape but really feel stuck. If any of you fellow shorties has advice it would be much appreciated! I am 5' 2" currently 119 llbs really wanting to be 112 I think any less is a dream. Calories set at 1370 but I tend not to eat 1270 on weekdays so I have more for weekends. Exercise 30 mins 5x a week and will eat Back the calories0

5'3", 119lbs. Been on maintenance at around 1750 calories a day since December 2011. Actually lost about 6lbs since then while on maintenance.0

I'm 5'2", 130lbs. I lift heavy and eat about 2000 calories a day (depending on the day, some less than others). I don't have a weight # in mind...just the way I look is all.0

Quarter-inch shy of 5'3, and I weigh 129...my goal is to get back down to 118 (my usual weight), and I usually eat anywhere between 1500-1800 calories a day on the days that I teach fitness classes/work out intensely. On my recovery days, I eat between 1300-1350. Good luck with your goals!!0
