Hi I'm Dawn 26 and with out help again i wont be here for long again. I started this in 6/2011 and left but now back after i put on a shirt today I used to wear and was like HELP ME NOW! Make it go away please come fairy gods, please COME NOW!

Im 5'0 and 162.6 so im making my goal short to start but then well do another one once i reach my first goal. Im looking to drop 30 lb and doing a 1200 cal. a day.
