how many calories in 3 tbsp microwave cake?
Ok so I saw the recipe on here for the mug cake with a box of angel food cake mixed with another cake of your choice then you take 3 tablespoons of the mixture then add 2 tablespoons of h20 then microwave. How do I figure out how many calories are in the 3 tbsp? One cake mix has 12 servings (38g mix) @ 140 calories per serving then the other has 10 servings (43g mix) @ 160 calories per serving. So how do I break that down into 3 tbsp servings? So confused!!!

Adding the two dry cake mixes together, you've got a total of 3,280 calories. Once you mix them together, weigh out the 3 tablespoons of cake mixes and then you should be able to divide that into the total weight of the bag of mix to see how many servings there are.0
