Critique my Diary!!!

I haven't been losing as much weight as i want, i havent really lost that much in a while
Could someone possibly critique my food diary (I made it public) and tell me what im doing right and wrong?

    Aim to be closer to your calorie goal.
    More protein. Aim for 1 gram per 1 lb Lean Body Mass.
    More dietary fats. Aim for 0.35-0.45 grams per Body Weight.

    Be more consistent with the logging, i see loads of blank days for Feb, also watch your sugar intake. Try and keep under the goal as much as possible, as soon as i managed this the weight literally fell off.
