Can I make black bean cupcakes with the black bean brownie recipe ?

i dont see why not - it would be like brownie bites..
i would just pour the batter into a cupcake pan and adjust the cooking time

I'm sure you can put it in a muffin tin, but brownies are much denser than cake so that won't make it cakey. If you post the recipe I might be able to offer suggestions.
