Did you know that 1lb is equal to 4 sticks a butter! So don't just think of it as loosing just a pound , you lost 4 sticks of butter from your body! I want to loose 50 so that will be alot of butter Gone lol

    Yeah I use a lot of butter in cooking so I know what a pound of it is. But the fat on our bodies doesn't look like that so you can't compare the size.
