What would you set for activity level?

I have been on MFP since the beginning of the year. I have had my activity level set at sedentary (I work at a desk all day and then I am on the couch at night). Now though, I am going to the gym every day and taking classes, lifting weights, walking on the treadmill - something active every day. So, do I leave my activity level on sedentary or do I upgrade myself, and if I upgrade, what level would you call this?

I would stay at sedentary just because you're not active other than when you're adding exercise on MFP.
I would recommend looking at the Blood Type Diet if you really are motivated to lose weight.. Depending on your blood type it can be a big change in your diet but I can say that I was able to drop 35lbs in 3 months...
Maybe more importantly (for me at least) I honestly felt 10 years younger after being on the diet for only 1 week.. (i'm 30, feel 20).
