OK so My boyfriend is going through a bit of a funny patch at the moment - to cut a long story short, he get anxiety from time to time, and the most recent bout was brought on by a food allergy thing - and my using MFP and tracking everything I eat was adding to that

so for the last week I've gone without MFP for him, and I've found it surprisingly struggling .

don't get me wrong, I'ms till thinking about everything I put into my mouth, but i can't tell if i over-estimate or underestimate what i'm eating!

I'ms till exercising as frequently as I was..

but I'm thinking is there a silver lining to this?

if i can maintain for the few weeks i take off from MFP to help my man, will my body then potentially react better and lose again when I go back to using it and making sure i create the defecit needed to lose?

You logging your calories makes your bf anxious?

no, me making my food choices and logging what I eat makes him anxious, as it makes him think too much about his food and potential allergies (going through testing for allergies after a bout of sickness etc now)
