Calorie Help!

So I have my settings as losing 1 lb/week which leads to my calories being set at 1340/day. I usually burn around 300 calories per workout. I workout 5 days a week, sometimes 6. I eat most of my exercise calories back. I've been struggling to lose weight and have lost about 2 pounds in 2 and a half months. When I search online it says I should be eating about 1600 calories to lose weight. Should I up my calories?

ps I weigh 138 lbs and am 5'3

    Looks like you don't have a whole lot to lose.. Might find more success changing it to half a pound a week, since our bodies like to hold into those last few pounds!! Other than that... Patience :) good luck!
