I dunno what my issue is!

So I been logging into MFP and tracking my food for over 200 days in a row but yet I do good for a week and then i sabotage myself. I have lost weight before I lost 80 when i was 21 and then all the baby weight from my first daughter. I gained some after my husband came back from deployment in 07 and then got pregnant and my dad got sick and passed away an i am at emy heaviest ever now! I want to lose weight but I dunno what my issue is. I do good for a couple weeks lose like 3 or 4 pounds then i gaine a pound or stay the same and i just sabotage myself and eat crappy again. I dunno guess no one can really help me I am just venting lol When I lost the weight when I was 21 I had no ideal thought of what i wanted to get to i had always been overweight. Now I see how much I have to lose (130 pounds) and i just feel like it will never happen.
