Hi everyine, thought you might like to know that I came across 2 great sites. One is the Nutrition Facts site for all foods. and Yes its free whcih is something I like a lot. goto nutritiondata.self.com...also if you are tring to figure how much you have burned doing something that is in a gym or not. Another free site is bodybuilding.com..you can find all kinds of stuff that listed like raking the yard..lol. Well hope this helps you all and good luck with your change of life style..
