Just a quick 2 miles today, but I'm going to do 4 days in a row so I'm trying to keep mileage down.

I just did the lower body workout of slim series (beach body), damn I was sweating! I'm about to run to class though, should get in about 6 there and back, happy running! :happy:

4 mile run for me w/ speedwork. Legs feeling GREAT!! Then 1 mile incline walk, and 600 yd swim. It's time to get serious about triathlons now!! :bigsmile:0

I did 3.2 again on the treadmill since it was raining out! Good job to everyone!0
