In search of a few tips and tricks

I am a 21 year old mother of two and finally decided to do something with my belly!!
I am simply trying to tone up my tummy and try to get this extra skin off!!!
I weigh 135
I am 5'4"
I was looking for any diet ideas/workouts etc. on a smaller scale.

    I think at your weight exercise is going to be your friend more so than diet. You are already in a healthy weight range, so building more muscles will help burn more calories and make you look leaner and thinner.

  • Awesome okay, thanks! What kind of weights do you think, because I dont want to get too toned/bulky...because I gain/bulk up muscle fast especially in my thighs!!
