Lately it's been getting to buy smaller clothes. My birthday's at the end of the month and so fingers crossed I can get some even smaller clothes. :D

I remind myself that (for me) it was a lot harder to start to change my lifestyle than resist temptation.

Definitely looking better, I know it is vain but I feel better and more confident when I look healthier.

Also my family, I want to show them that living a healthier lifestyle is not a chore and they can really see the change in me and I hope that will inspire them to follow my lead because I want them to live a long, healthy life :)

My sisters' wedding is also coming up in November and I will be a bridesmaid and so I want to look and feel my best by then!

A few things keep me motivated:
    1. How i look in the mirror- i have avoided looking at my body in the mirror for almost 4 years and when I did i had gotten bigger and bigger. I lost a lot of weight in 2009 and I looked and felt amazing. I want that feeling back and I'm determined to keep it that way. A lifestyle change is my goal. I don't think wanting to look good in the mirror is vain. I think its a type of confidence people like us strive and work hard for. So be proud everyone! let's never avoid the mirror and cameras ever again!

    2. The sucess stories and picture on MFP!- i love to see all different types of bodies transform and it keeps me focused on achieving my own transformation.

    3. Intamacy with my Fiance'- as i strink, he gets more and more turned on. I love it. he's been showering me with complements and love, and it's the most amazing feeling in the world!

    4. My kids- they need to see that a healthy life is important and achievable.

    5. the fatigue I feel in my muscles after a good strength/weight-lifting session- it lets me know i'm doing it right and gives me confidence that I'm making progress and getting results!

I wish everyone luck on getting to ur goals. Stay focused and strong.

I've changed my motivation from the scale to fitness goals, and I throw out all my clothes as soon as they get baggy and I can fit into new, cuter and smaller clothes so there ain't no going back.

I look at the success stories on here every morning. I find them to be very inspirational and motivational. And complements from friends and co-workers don't hurt either!
