big day at the gym, went food shopping with low bloodsugar - saw my favourite ! 200g bag milk chocolate coated peanuts - they are only small - how bad can they be?? over 1100 cals HAHAHAHAHA I started recording this stuff about a month ago and had absolutely no idea - It ismore than half of total food for the day, triple the value of the exercise!! wow
