Hey everyone! I'm Melissa, a 26 year old nursing student and I'm new to this site. My goal is to loose about 60lbs and don't really have any fablous ideas on where to begin. I have changed my eating habits to more healthy ones and have started exercising daily. Ii can't make it to the gym daily like I used to because of my daily schudel now). I'm looking for some help to start off my journey! Any advice or tips anyone is willing to share? Thanks!

Hey! Welcome to mfp. My only tip is not to worry about how quickly the lbs are coming off. Too much at once is setting yourself up for failure. Focus on how you look and feel despite what the scale says. Good luck
