Any tips?

All i've been eating for the past two and a half weeks are chicken, fish, vegetables, fruit and the occasional bit of sauce with my dinner.,..
I've cut out bread, pasta, rice, cake, chocolate and pretty much everything unhealthy apart from cheese occasionally with a meal, and i've been exercising more.
I feel soooo much better in myself, my skin especially! And I think i've lost weight, although don't have any weighing scales...

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to lose weight more quickly?

    Losing weight too quickly is basically setting yourself up to lose lean muscle and then gain the weight back as uneven fat. Just take it slow, don't try to rush it or you'll set yourself back. Good luck! :)

    yep, slow & steady wins the race. Also, chocolate is good for you!
