What are you proud of? Celebrate Mini Achievements!

Sometime's this can be a long road and it's great to remind ourselves of the little things that can either mean a lot or add up to a big difference!

Maybe it's....
> saying no to cake when offered
> dropping a body fat % point
> walking somewhere you'd normally drive
> pants are too baggy / shirt too tight (if you're building)
> getting those extra 5 reps at the gym

Small or big, the only rules are it must really matter to you and tell us why.

For me this week....

I'm almost 4weeks in and pseudo pregnant belly is gone! Stomach is much flatter and I'm 8-9 inches slimmer overall! I've a very long road to go so very happy I've got a measurable & noticeable difference to remember.

Would love to hear what's keeping you going this week.

30 full man press ups on Wed at circuits.

Also quite pleased I can get into a dress I bought 10 years ago for a ball, and it looks better on me now at 34 than it did pre-children at 24. AND I can wear it without a bra!

edit - now I just need something to wear it for!

I would love to get to the stage to be able to do proper press ups and non-assisted pull ups. Big goal of mine.

Keep at it tabii, had a quick nose at your dairy.

Getting into healthy habits that will hopefully stick with me for life -every day without fail: eat breakfast, drink at least 8 glasses of water, take vitamins including calcium and vitamin D. My Dr. will be proud next time lol.

2.5 years ago I lost the last of the 30 pounds I gained a few years prior. I was very tired and lethargic all the time and it took about 2 years to fully lose the weight that I had gained in a very short period of time.

My mini achievement is this: not gaining it back. Going on three years now and I know I can do it. I find it a bit of a struggle and have to watch myself constantly - but I know I can do it.

My new goal is to lose 20 pounds this year, or possibly by next year... it will be more of a major achievement but I'm ready for the journey.
