I have decided to up my calories again based on my TDEE (which is apparently 4182) my BMR is 1430. Im 5.6 in height with bodyfat of 27.7%. Instead of consuming 1250 or 1500 Im going to try it at 1700 and aim to burn between 400-500 per day.
I am currently doing a combination of Weight Training and Power Walking.

Can anyone suggest if this sounds about right - to be honest by Math is not one of my strengths.

Thanks in anticipation :))

That TDEE doesn't look right - it's unlikely that you need 4000 calories a day.

    are you sure that's right?
1430 x 1.9 (which is the max if you never stop moving in a day) = 2717.

Aside from that, whatyou're setting sounds good. You could probably go with 1700 net and still lose.
