How do you post pictures in forums?

I want to post a picture to show the difference in my weight, but I dont know how to post the picture in these forums? Please help.

    You use image tags. The text is lower case and there are no spaces.

    [ img] http://www.domain.com/img/picture.jpg [/img ]

    Something like above but with no spaces.

    You can have the image files themselves hosted anywhere you want as long as you can link to them. You can have up to a dozen or so pictures uploaded to your profile here on MyFitnessPal.
